I am still in awe since I found you guys first in tiktok. Since then, I follow all your advices from food, supplements and workout tutorials and it really works a lot. Everyone noticed that my body is way better and my period gets better too. You guys are such an eye opener and heaven sent to all the cysters, I swear.
