Kicking off a new season where we'll be exploring the map of how we grow spiritually. Each episode will look at the different Stages of Faith - the worldviews that we move up and through as we mature and expand in our faith.

Because of my background in Christianity, we'll be specifically looking at how these stages inform the way we understand the Christian tradition.

My goal with this season is not to convert or convince anyone to see their faith differently. But rather to open us up to understand and connect with ourselves and others more deeply through a richer understanding of the diverse ways we can see our faith, Christianity and God.

A night of stouts & storytelling.

“The womb is limited in space and expansion. So just as we all outgrow it, I’ve grown out of the religion I was born into. The same appreciation I have for the womb of my mother is also owed to Christianity. If it were not for the Christian faith, I wouldn’t have my relationship with God. But just as the womb is 9 months after embryo growth to birth, Christianity is now too small for the reflection and expression of God I’ve been called to.”

The ways we avoid suffering. And the ways it can transform us.

Sometimes we hope that church will save us. But what if we need to be saved from church?

What do we do with our experiences when they challenge our beliefs? Amanda and the mystics have some thoughts.
