I always wanted to share the meaning and message behind different scriptures which our ancestors have written and shared with us. They have had a deeper understanding of the inner world and were researchers of the spirit or the soul. I am sharing a very tiny part as a hope of motivation for you to discover more.

I have noticed that subconsciously we start hitting ourselves with the hammer of our own negative thoughts. Our perception of reality is a reflection of ourselves, they say. Is it true?

Our Universe is said to be of chains and cycles with a space to breathe. I am sharing my learning on this thought.
