Nancy Schoenberger joins the podcast and is the co-author alongside her husband and sometimes writing partner, author & Vanity Fair contributing editor Sam Kashner, a book called The Fabulous Bouvier Sisters, a poignant account of Lee Radziwill and her sister Jacquline Kennedy Onassis. Nancy & Sam were granted extensive interviews with Lee before her death that shed light on the public and private lives of these two extraordinary women.

Nancy is an acclaimed biographer and author of titles such as Dangerous Muse, Furious Love and her most recent Blanche: The Life and Times of Tennessee Williams Greatest Creation, just to name a few, along with three award-winning books of poetry. She is also a professor of English and Director of Creative Writing at The College of William & Mary.

We discuss Lee’s very special bond with her father, the complex relationship with her sister Jackie, how her dreams were overshadowed, her marriages, love affairs, relationship with Truman Capote as well as the other Swans, and more on Lee’s amazing life.
