What is effective communication?

- Effective communication is when your ideas and concepts are being heard and people are acting upon them.

With so many people not knowing how to effectively communicate, I thought I share my input on it after reading "Human Nature" by Robert Greene which

is a book I'd highly recommend if you are seeking how to understand yourself and others.
