I am pleased to introduce Svea, a distinguished member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) since 2014. She has served with distinction as both President and Past President, and she contributes her expertise as an educator and co-director for ICF South Africa. Additionally, Svea is a member of the Ethics Conduct Review Global Board, an award-winning coaching supervisor, and a trainer of peer coaches.

Dr. phil. Florian Huber ist Magister der Philosophie und Doktor der Psychologie. Er hat das Buch "Durch Lesen
sich selbst verstehen" verfasst und damit einen Beitrag zur Forschung postmoderner Identitätsprozesse geleistet. Als Philosoph ist er interdisziplinär unterwegs und ein gefragter Redner und Workshopleiter. Er lebt und arbeitet am Chiemsee und leitet dort ein Institut für heilkundliche Weiterbildungen und führt eines von fünf in Deutschland zertifizierten Instituten für Ego-State-Coaching. Aktuell ist sein Buch "Die letzte Stunde. Sokrates und die Ego-State-Therapie" erschienen.

After finishing his studies in History at the University of Wisconsin in the United States, Benjamin Solomon felt a strong pull to the European continent and specifically to France.

In the late 1990’s, he established an English language and communications training company in Paris offering his services to managers, directors, and teams within French companies and law firms.

In 2016, Benjamin moved into the coaching space having identified a strong need with his clients to support them specifically around professional development goals and challenges. Since 2018, he has also been working as a professional certified coach.

What excites him most about coaching and training is working in partnership with clients to bring about real change in their professional and, sometimes, personal lives. As they tackle the complexities and challenges they face and ultimately grow and achieve the results they seek, he is continually grateful for their honesty, courage and confidence which in turn allows him to grow as well.

 

Being a life-long learner and curious about team development, Benjamin became interested in various methods and approaches to supporting teams and groups.

Certified in the collective intelligence method, Action Learning, he coaches teams needing to solve complex problems while learning, growing and developing leadership skills at the same time.

Also certified in Coach Poker Management, Benjamin uses the game of Poker as a pretext for a group of individuals to explore and experiment with new behaviors, emotions and thinking around management.

Ben supports teams by helping them create environments where team members feel comfortable with interpersonal risk-taking. Indeed, as a Team Psychological Safety certified practitioner, he gets teams to value learning opportunities which, in turn, contributes to their boosting team performance.

Benjamin resides in Angers, France and is happily married to a French woman. They have two adult sons.

He is an avid runner and swimmer, plays the drums, and has recently become interested in the game of Bridge.

Benjamin is the former Vice-President of the International Coaching Federation in France and has been a member for the past six years.

Das Ehepaar leitet das renommierte Besser-Siegmund-Institut in Hamburg und sie selbst und ihre Lizenztrainer haben über die Jahre weltweit mehr als 10.000 Wingwave-Coaches ausgebildet. Ihre Methoden, darunter Magic Words und das Wingwave-Coaching selbst, erfreuen sich besonderer Beliebtheit bei Managern,
Führungskräften, Sportlern und Künstlern.

Michael was regarded as a thought leader in the coaching industry. His work in the Ethics community of ICF (International Coaching Federation) had given him deep insight into the operations of coaching. He was a coach’s coach. His passion for growing strong leaders had sat him across the table of risk managers, financial gurus and opinion leaders on thousands of occasions. He believed a client is seeking answers that are findable and deliverable. Action plans will make these solutions realities.

He spent 23 of those years in Germany where he worked as a church planter, risk management advisor, and college instructor. Nothing thrilled him more than helping leaders find and fulfill their callings. Michael’s calling came
together in a mighty way after completing his doctorate in 2010. He then began the transition to full-time online, teaching, consulting, and coaching.

Additionally, Michael led the transition of the oldest Christian coaching organization (CCNI) to a non-profit.

He was a published author and instructor of ethics, coaching mastery, and was an online professor of international business and finance. He also had led the
global ethics community for the International Coach Federation (ICF).

Michael had been married to Joy for over 35 years and has two very international children. He lived at 8162 feet in the Elkhead Mountains of Colorado with a dozen sled dogs and golden retriever.
