Intention Setting Practice Meditations by Bhavna

This is a practice to set intentions for yourself. You can set intentions for a week or for a month for personal or business.

Before you listen to this, make sure you -

- have a notepad and pen

- are in a quiet place and will not be disturbed

- make it a special ritual for the mind to be open and accepting of the intention you are setting. You can do this by taking a shower just before doing this, lighting some incense or candles, calming yourself with breathwork or pranayam practices (if you are trained in it) or simply taking a few slow deep breaths

- use earphones for best effect
