Envision the Birth you Desire Meditation

Envision the Birth you Desire Meditation

In this episode, I will guide you on a journey, inviting you to drop into your body and begin envisioning the birth you desire. From where you see yourself birthing to bringing your baby and placenta earthside, and having them placed on your chest.

This meditation is for the woman who desires to have an undisturbed birth 3

After completing the meditation I encourage you to sit in reflection and journal about what came up for you; the physical sensations in your body, the thoughts and the emotions. There is a reason these things came through for you, trust them3

Continue to do this meditation until the birth of your baby and observe how it shifts over time.

    Have a beautiful Birth!

Connect with the most Authentic, Divine and Intuitive version of Yourself (Crown chakra)

Connect with the most Authentic, Divine and Intuitive version of Yourself (Crown chakra)

In this crown chakra meditation, you will be guided through deep breathing, affirmations, and chanting followed by a silent meditation to connect with the most authentic and intuitive version of yourself. Before starting, take a few deep breaths and observe the space around you to create a sense of safety. Once you feel secure, you can begin the meditation. If you feel any discomfort, return to your breath and open your eyes if necessary.

After completing the meditation, take some time to reflect on what came up for you. Make a note of the sensations in your body, your emotions, and your thoughts. What did you see? How can you connect with this version of your everyday? What would it look like if you connected with this version of yourself daily? How would your life change for the positive?

Remember to be kind to yourself and understand that whatever arises during the meditation is there for a reason.

Self Expression through Activation of the Throat Chakra

Self Expression through Activation of the Throat Chakra

This meditation aims to heal your throat chakra by activating and balancing it. The process involves releasing negative energy, sounds, words, and secrets that have been blocking you from expressing yourself authentically. Before starting the meditation, take a few deep breaths and create a sense of safety by observing the space around you. If you feel uncomfortable during the meditation, return to your breath and open your eyes if necessary.

After completing the meditation, spend some time reflecting on what you experienced. Take note of any sensations, emotions, or thoughts that arose. Think about what you would like to express but haven't been able to and what has been stopping you. Identify the steps you need to take to shift the negative narratives that have been holding you back.

Remember to be kind to yourself and understand that whatever comes up during the meditation has a purpose.

An Inner Child Journey of Self Worth Reclamation (Solar Plexus)

An Inner Child Journey of Self Worth Reclamation (Solar Plexus)

This meditation is designed to help you identify unmet needs from your childhood, so you can begin to meet them in healthier ways. It will also empower you to reclaim your inner authority and gain control over your life. Start by taking a few deep breaths and looking around to create a sense of safety. Once you feel secure, you can start the meditation. If you feel any discomfort, return to your breath and open your eyes if necessary.

After the meditation, take some time to reflect on what came up for you. Note your bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts. What messages did you receive, and what steps do you need to take to move forward? Even if something seems meaningless, write it down, as it may become clearer later on.

Remember to be kind to yourself and understand that everything that comes up during the meditation is there for a reason.

A Journey of Forgiveness (Heart Work)

A Journey of Forgiveness (Heart Work)

This meditation is intended for those who are ready to embark on a journey of forgiveness with someone in their life. It is a profound and potentially intense experience. Before you start, take a few deep breaths and observe the space around you to create a sense of safety. Once you feel secure, you can begin the meditation. If you feel any discomfort, return to your breath and open your eyes if necessary. The purpose of this meditation is to support you on your path to forgiveness. Remember, we forgive others primarily for our own peace and healing, which in turn naturally benefits the other person.

After completing the meditation, take some time to reflect on what arose for you. Make a note of the sensations in your body, your emotions, and your thoughts. What messages came through to support you on this journey, and what steps need to be taken to move forward, process, release and integrate?
