Catching up with Piper Jons (Elon University), Lydia Robling (University of Maryland), and Ella Auderset (University of North Carolina)! These 3 girls hold a combined 18 school records at Urbana High School! We reminisce a little on this episode, but also get into their college track & field experience! It was great catching up with them and excited to get back to this!

Caught up with an ex-teammates of mine from Robert Morris University. We talked about our time at RMU, Leadership, and his Career change. He graduated RMU with a Sport Management degree and excelled early on after college working for the Orlando Magic. However, he wasn't happy and after a few other jobs here and there and a move to NY, he eventually went all in to become a teacher. To say this is his calling card, would be an understatement. Anyone who crosses paths with Derek becomes a better person. He truly has one of the most infectious personalities ever! He is now working as the Dean of Students at his school! 

This is a GREAT EPISODE with tons of great insight! We talk about the importance of recruiting and what a student-athlete should focus on during the recruiting process! We also talk about all his coaching stops, managing up, marketing yourself, and even his RV trip around the Country! 



Sarge (Coach Sarigiannis) is also an Online Private Throws Coach where he is doing tremendous work! Any athlete or parent of an athlete looking to gain an edge, this is YOUR guy!

Let me tell you, Athletic Trainers should be used by ALL ATHLETES, even the healthy ones! Taking care of your body as a College Athlete is paramount and Athletic Trainers can play a HUGE role in that! I know I never took advantage of it, but YOU should! It was great catching up with you, Mike!
