Sermon: Romans 9-11
The Bible claims that the salvation of the elect is secure in Christ. But if God’s election is sure, why is Israel cutoff? If God’s grace is enough, why did it seem to run out on Israel? This question is important because if God abandoned his promise to Israel, he might abandon you too. The issue of Romans 9-11 is not the fate of Israel but the trustworthiness of the Word of God. Can God’s promises be trusted?
