This month Reel Talk with Film DC is joined by the creator of the Spotlight on Screenwriters, a groundbreaking new initiative from Women in Film and Video (WIFV) that compiles the work of talented screenwriters in the DC metropolitan region into a professionally produced Spec-catalog to be presented to major producers.
