“You should follow a problem that you’re passionate about solving. It really marks you and sets it so well. It’s following your effort. ”

In episode 82 of #TDLS, I sat down with Kia Alvarez-Abrera. Kia started as an advertising copywriter and marketing officer before moving her way up to become a widely-experienced accounts and production manager, having handled conferences, concerts, campaigns, award shows in her ten years in the advertising industry. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Film from the University of the Philippines - Diliman and was a trainee of The Philippine Madrigal Singers.

She is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Braveworks Inc., a creative agency that specializes in video production, motion design and communication strategy that uses Transformative Storytelling. She is also a brand new author, co writing WTF: Unlock Your Creativity By Asking The Right Questions with Francis Miranda; as well as a speaker and trainer who focuses on Design Thinking, Social Marketing, and Shameless Creativity. In this episode, we talk about:

- Her design life story from ground up
