Good, could be better

I was ecstatic to find out that there is a podcast on shifting to tech industries especially tailored for those without tech background. I am rating this only 3 stars because of the following reasons: 1) quality of audio could be improved; 2) the host interrupts the interviewee, 3) the entire duration of interview/conversation is cut-off; you have to pay for membership in their program to access the complete interview and other resources. The last one makes me feel like this podcast is more of an ad, than a no-strings attached resource.
