Helpful in my Journey

Bumping into this podcast was such a blessing!
This is exactly what I needed in my journey of reinventing myself.
The tips Rachael shared encouraged self-care and helped me in managing my stress.
For a person who feels too much, it was hard trying to contain how I feel and overcome my social anxiety for so long.
And yes, a lot of overthinking.
Mindfulness and practicing it daily these days made me feel like I am not restrained and surprisingly gave my experiences a whole new meaning.
