Four high-achieving students redefine what it means to be successful beyond the books.

Traditionally, a wooden spoon is given to the person who comes last in a race. Instead of lingering on the failure of coming last, that same wooden spoon can be put to work and become something useful.

The Wooden Spoon is a podcast about success, but more importantly, what success really looks like after you finish school and take on the real world. It's no longer defined by a grade - it's about living a successful life that is unique to you.

This is such a helpful podcast especially to me who happened to feel like a failure after a lot of happenings especially in the world of education. Spreading love from the Philippines xx

Thank you!

As a law student who was kicked out after my first year in my first uni choice and had to transfer, the first episode spoke to me on so many levels. Honestly, it was painful at first and the denial was always there but looking back, I was grateful for being kicked out because I was able to grow as a person (I think haha). Failure truly doesn’t define us; instead it can be used as a drive for success. Thank you so much for this podcast. Loving it so much. Hoping to more episodes. Lots of love from the Philippines.
