She is responsible for the oversight, evolution, and administration of Mayo Clinic’s People Services, including Payroll and Timekeeping Services, HR Service Center (HR Connect), HR Advisory, Employee Relations, Labor Relations, Talent Acquisition, Credentialing, Global Mobility, and Compliance.
