003. The Top 10 Biggest Mistakes Classy Women Should NEVER Make When They’re Stressed Out In Her Worlds Podcast

Stress and overwhelm are quite THE heavy topics - especially nowadays!

This is particularly true for ambitious women with full schedules, who naturally pack on so much onto your plates that dealing with stress and overwhelm can be the inevitable result of your actions.  

You can be busy with your kids, rushing to meet deadlines at work, juggling part time jobs and side hustles, suffering the loss of a close relationship, or putting tons of unnecessary pressure on yourselves for no good reason. Really, we goal-getter women never take it easy on ourselves.
