Oh snap! This is a controversial one. I believe it's important to talk about mental health amongst our relationships with friends, romantic partners, and family.
This year has shown me the importance of prioritizing your own mental health by surrounding it with the right people. Your relationships very much affect your day to day mental health (depression, anxiety, self-esteem, happiness, self-awareness, etc.). It's important to trust you are surrounding yourself with the right people to positively impact your own mental health. In this episode, I share my perspectives on how our relationships have a heavy impact on our mental health, and what we should do about it.

Episode 37 - Sometimes the pain is still worth it...I guess...
I am in a lot of physical pain right now which is causing some mental and emotional pain as well. It feels like I've strained or pulled a muscle at the top right part of my back. Even so, I still had this message on my heart I wanted to share with you. No matter how much physical, mental, or emotional pain you are in right now, keep pushing forward. Keep going. Don't stop and don't quit. You're still breathing. That means you can still fight. I'm rooting for you. I hope this episode motivates you to take on today and your obstacles head-on!
