Season 1 of this podcast propelled me to finish the Zion 100. This is evergreen content for anyone going after something big.

050 • One of the Older Ultras in America | Palo Duro Trail Run
I wasn't an ultra runner until I left West Texas at the age of 19. I am really excited about this episode because I get to think about West Texas through the eyes of one of the older ultras in the country - Palo Duro Trail Run.
In this episode we talk about the history of Palo Duro Trail Run, the region in general, and what makes it beautiful.
This is one of the few ultras from the season I knew I wanted to run before recording a conversation about it. I look forward to toeing the line in Palo Duro Canyon someday to run this race.

The Mozart 100 in Salzburg, Austria was a hurricane this year and Tommy Lewis was there for every bit of it. You'll love this episode becuase Tommy is a great story teller and the 2024 Mozart 100 was a crazy story.
The ultrarunning human spirit is on full display when the rain is making rivers on the trail and hands are frozen. Enjoy.
