I made a review Episode for a new dream gear purchase of a 2011 Rickenbacker 4003. It isn't a vintage Rick but is still amazing! I touch upon my love and how I started to desire a Ricks, my first real time getting to play a Rick in the studio and of course the Idols who play a Rick, Paul, Lemmy, Geddy and of course Peter Hook! We also talk about how all the different types of bass gear he gets to use being in three different bands and his pedal bored and my little lack of one! Oh can't forget the lovely Citizen bass tone! Hello and welcome to the first episode of Bass Talk With Pat! for those who don't know me my name is Patrick and I am the bassist of Pop punk/Rock band named Real Talk and a Emo band Adulting! I wanted to start this podcast where I get to talk to other fellow 4 string players and our roles and jobs as the most underrated members of the bands! It also gets me to talk to some friends who I don't get to see often! The first episode is with my very good friend Mike Brunelle of In Good Nature! I've had the pleasure a hand full of shows with Mike and I felt he was a perfect first guest! Unfortunately this was the second time I had to talk to Mike cause the audio wasn't as good as I'd hoped! Hope you like this episode and like my podcast, I'd like to give a big shoutout to my friend Scott Powers for making my cover art and my friend Jack Stolz who gave the intro music and Mike for being my first guest and a guinea pig for me!
