For episode 24 I’m joined by Wild Creative podcast host Emma Kvetna who is a Canadian writer and poet with ancestry in the UK and Czech Republic, currently living in Nova Scotia on the traditional territory of the Mi'kmaq Nation. Her work has appeared in Filling Station, Planisphere Quarterly, Bell Press and FAYD Digital and her work has been shortlisted in UK writing contests. Born and raised in Ontario, Emma graduated from the University of Victoria with a BA in Anthropology and has since worked  in various roles including self-publishing services. In 2019, she began offering web & graphic design, branding, and editing services working with clients in the creative and healing sectors. She is also an alternative writing teacher, musician and artist.

We talk about her Wild Creative podcast and her wide and varied creative practice , discussing how different forms of writing and journaling support her and her students.
