If you just want to be uplifted a little here and there this is for you too. This is all about self love and having a healthy mindset and a better viewpoint on life. I’ve been through years of abuse, physical, psychological, sexual and more and it tore me down A LOT. I had to pull myself together and hold my head high as I rebuilt the woman I am today. I refused to let life beat me down, the goal is to love yourself and love your life.❤️

Being Mindful and Accountable
As a caveat to the previous episode, I wanted to mention and clarify a few important things after reviewing the segment. Being mindful of others and what they may be dealing with is a very important part of releasing, as well as being accountable by understanding that we alone are responsible for our own thoughts, feelings, and actions. You and your situation is important, but others and their situation is also important.
3 A.M. on a Sunday
It’s been awhile. But it’s 3 in the morning on a Sunday and I’ve got some things to get off my chest. This is me, the real me, and I hope what I have to say makes you feel empowered.
A topic that many people have come to me about and I had my own instance with quite recently. Letting go is imperative if you intend to ever move forward in any part of your life. Let go of the old memories and bad stuff so you can make room for new memories. If you nurture a plant in the same small pot for its entire lifespan, that plant will never be given the chance to meet its full growth potential. It is entirely the same process with you, you must uproot yourself out of this closed minded thinking box you are in, and allow yourself to grow and progress in life. Let go of the past, you cannot change what has happened. You CAN, however, change how you react to it. You can learn from it, grow from it, and move on from it.

Insecurity & Patience
