This is a solo episode with Juliana McKenna as I discuss how I've been feeling in the past three months and what has changed in the time I haven't made an episode on the Podcast. Full disclosure that this is a very honest conversation on how the transition to LA/ the transition to being alone in LA has changed my lifestyle. I talk about the death of Conan, who was my parrot for anyone who was unaware, I go into the beginning of my journey with adopting two cats as emotional support and glorious company, and I go into the annoyance of grief and how it is one of the most irritating parts of recovery.
