So much more than just fitness!

I was a bit skeptical at first but being a big fan of PiYO, decided to listen to an episode. BAM! I was instantly hooked! Chalene is so much more than just a fitness coach. She has insight, experience, wisdom. I'm a personal development book & work(shop) worm, so at this point it takes something GOOD to get me interested. I love that Chalene's Podcasts go really deep, yet provide me with simple to use steps or frameworks (my fav!) to incorporate into life. Within 30 mins she got me wanting to start a side business to have additional income (removing my reluctance to all this "money chase"), change my eating habits (done!) & seeing where I was going wrong in trying to get my bf lead a healthier lifestyle. And it's FUN, all at the same time!
