These are cross-border stories that connect us. Border people often inhabit this in-between place. From KPBS and California Humanities, “Port of Entry” tells personal stories from this place — stories of love, hope, struggle, and survival from border crossers, fronterizxs, and other people whose lives are shaped around the wall. Rooted in San Diego and Tijuana, we are a transborder podcast for transborder people. We live life on la linea. Hosted by Alan Lilienthal and Natalie Gonzalez, written and produced by Julio C. Ortiz Franco, and mix and sound design by Adrian Villalobos.

I wait for the next episode to drop

As someone with vast interest in border life I wait for your next episode to drop. Excellent subject matter. You rarely disappoint. Brilliant idea. Original and compelling. Love the host.

Looking for the English version and couldn’t understand your instruction on how to find it. The last syllables are swallowed making it incomprehensible.

Super and impressive

I really enjoy this podcast, especially how it shows the richness of the border area — both sides. This episode with Dulce Garcia was particularly poignant and important. She is a brilliant, hard-working, heroic example of how valuable immigrants’ contributions are to our country. That was an old review — thought I already sent it.

Can’t seem to wipe old review out to send new one for Jan. 5 2020 show. It was terrific — we’ll-done, showing vulnerability and strong connections among band members and across border, and resilience through tough times. And I love the music of Tu Lengua as a group and as individuals. Que sigan haciendo música, y el podcast. También i love the bouncing entre inglés u español !
