I just listen to “What I leaned from my 100-year old father” episode and it was incredibly inspiring. Harry sounds a lot like my Dad. Those WWII Navy men were one of a kind! I miss my Dad with all my heart and soul. Enjoy every single day with your Dad. May the year ahead be healthy and happy for Harry. Wishing him all the best!

A Priceless Wellness Discovery

I just discovered this podcast a month ago. I was not sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the variety of Health, Wellness and Mindfulness topics.
The Host’s in-depth knowledge and own wellness journey is inspiring. But what makes this podcast great is her openness to explore all topics of Wellness through conversations with a variety of interesting Guests.
I have listened to all 80 plus episodes to date and have learned many new tips that I can incorporate into my own journey. Bravo! Always looking forward to the next episode.
