Great topics, great people being interviewed, so so interviewer

I have listened to many interviews on this podcast and I have really connected with some of the women on here and can truly identify with their struggle as I’m going through infertility right now. However I agree with some of the other reviewers, Heather sounds somewhat disconnected from the people she is interviewing. Today I listened to some of her older podcasts and she doesn’t even sound like the same person. Back then she was lively, fun, and engaging. She sounded more like she was talking with a girlfriend than like she was interviewing someone. Now she sounds somewhat cold and robotic. I do like the structure of her interview questions because it allows the interviewee to tell their whole story but she is completely silent while they are talking. No hmmm or uh huhs like typical women communicate. I preferred her older style of interviewing. While I understand infertility is not a light topic I do feel like she could bring some warmth into it.

Good topics

This podcast has good topics and hearing the stories gives hope but the interviewer is very robotic and doesn’t engage. Just asks questions and doesn’t elaborate further.
