Gave me my life during a really hard time

Heather and the guests on this podcast gave me hope during the darkest period of my life. All of the episodes with Dr Rodgers are phenomenal and I share them with friends going through treatment or if there’s a specific episode I know relates to their case. I love that Heather lets her guests tell their stories without interruption.

update review

I’m not sure this podcast is holding up for 2020 especially in light of really engaging newer competition in the infertility podcast space. There’s a definite change of tone in the host’s voice from 2015 to a more polished, deep, reading sounding voice versus her previous tone and style where she sounded personable and would engage and follow up more warmly with guests sharing. I hope this can be seen as constructive criticism as heather was one of the pioneers getting this information out by podcast. Wondering if perhaps she’s so far removed from her own infertility journey that she herself feels less engaged with the content. However- the content and facts are still spot on. Worth a listen for the expert guests and hopeful real life stories.

Previous review: I am so touched and impressed by the amount of work and love that the host Heather puts into this podcast. The internet abounds with old wives' tales and outdated or even made-up science about fertility, conception and loss. This podcast covers all the important facts that you never even knew to ask your providers- plus the stories are touching and real. If you want to spend your online infertility research on productive and useful ideas that you can use to advocate for yourself, this is the podcast for you. I feel so lucky to be going through this heart breaking journey at the same time Heather created this resource for us.

Please stop episodes like “caring for your newborn.”

Unsure why she is having episodes about pregnancy as this an infertility podcast for people who are likely NOT pregnant. The episodes with Dr. Rodgers are great!
