No context

I was really enjoying this and wanted to continue being a fan but then I realized this guy takes something like 30 supplements a day and has no background to be talking about a lot of the things he recommends. It’s basically things he read online, researched, or talked to other people about. Some of the topics are good but it feels like he just follows whatever is on trend at the time. How an average person can find the time to take 30 supplements, ground in the morning, be off any screen at night, function by candlelight, and all these other things seems a bit far fetched to me. On the other hand, some great reminders about the daily things we use that are slowly killing us. All of this to say, I’m very torn on my feelings about this.
