The first episode changed my life. If you are highly sensitive and or an empath this is a must must must. Kind, honest, true and language that is simple. Loveeeee

Life changing

To say this podcast has changed my life is an understatement. I have always been the way I am but never had a name for it. On episode 1 within 2 minutes I was crying because I finally understood it wasn’t just me out there!! Since then I have been doing the work to realize my actions and take a look inward. This is a life long journey that I am so excited to embark on to becoming a better version of myself, for myself.

Thank you for the major break through!

I just listened to toe episode on resistance and WHOA. I related so much to this. The overwhelming crippling tiredness when you go to do tasks that will move you forward, I have been experiencing a lot of that lately. Thank you so much for showing me that it was a mask I can to acknowledge and move through with compassion 💗🙌🏼
