The Answers To Your Questions - Part 2

The Answers To Your Questions - Part 2

Today's episode is part 2 of Zoe answering your questions... and there were some great ones! She talks about what it takes to be a guest on The Deep, why we stopped recording earlier than planned and the episodes that got pulled for legal reasons. Zoe also spills on who her dream interview would be, how she copes with the uncomfortable moments with guests and shares her thoughts on whether or not she crosses a line into playing therapist.

The Answers To Your Questions - Part 1

The Answers To Your Questions - Part 1

In today's episode Zoe answers your questions, including why she doesn't want to share more of her own story, which episode was surprisingly the hardest for her to record, why some episodes can't go to air, one of the hardest heart-breaking things about doing The Deep, the very popular question of how we find & select guests and so much more.

Zoe also talks a little about early guest Sandra Pankhurst who was a major inspiration for The Deep. Since this episode was recorded, Sandra sadly passed away. She had an incredible life and was so generous sharing her story with the world. We are very grateful we got the chance to have her in our ears as part of Season One.

Heartfelt, honest and compassionate

I recently discovered this podcast and haven’t been able to stop listening. I am blown away by Zoe’s ability to create space for people to share their stories in a compassionate and raw way. Podcasts like this encourage compassion, empathy and understanding of each other, which is so needed at such a divided time.
