Others will reveal their lack of trust. Leaders feel the sting of sin in unique ways. Yet leaders must endure. How do we maintain a consistency of decision making and perseverance when leading is painful?

Men's Ministry Podcast is launching its second season starting with a series on Leadership. We get to hear the leadership insights from Ita Udoaka a seasoned leader in both church and non-church contexts. He has wisdom to share with us so we've laid out several episodes to better equip us from the leadership experience he's gained. 

This first episode looks at the identity of a leader, especially as a person who rejects passivity. So much of our moments of failing to speak up or act come because it's an easy button. We avoid responsibility and culpability by doing or saying nothing. But God has called men to step up and lead out to love others as themselves.

After a long break, our men's podcast is back with a testimony about God's power to save. If you are a follower of Jesus, you probably have people in your life you feel concerned about because they do not believe in Jesus. As one who believes that there is a heaven and hell after death and your destination depends on faith in Jesus, you may pray for and worry about those you love and those you don't love. This conversation is a powerful story of God working in the last moments of a life to lead them to Christ.
