This is what I think
I really like this podcast because it is based on science, yet it is not told by a droll voice. I like her animation. I can tell that she is educated and I so appreciate that. Keep up the good work!
Disappointing View on Health
Being disabled I am always striving to increase my happiness/gratitude. In the first episode the host makes a terrible statement about how you cant be happy if your not healthy. That’s what the depressed side of me says! If your healthy go ahead and give it a try but if you are battling pain, disability, etc. this isn’t the happiness coach for you.
