Hopeful Post Rejection
I just was rejected From a dream job. I messed up the written component and attended to 1/2 prompts- I’m distraught. I planned the next part of my life around it and to be honest, a little too disappointed.
I am seeking career shifts to check myself and find another direction.
I woke up this morning and wanted to see how to attack this rejection rationally during my walk to work.
I love the advice, dialogue, voices and similar background with Roshanda. I want to say thank you. I’ve bookmarked it to listen and relisten and take notes so thank you for the glimpse of hope.
A Great Resource
I was never the podcast type, when walking or riding bike I always played music. My wife introduced me to podcasts and the vast information out there. I started a few and then found Find Your Dream Job! I think it’s one of the best podcasts out there. I have listened to so many of the old ones as well. They are full of information and have also checked out some of the links that Mac lists from his interviews.
I find myself in search of a job now but feel better prepared after listening to these podcasts. Full of great tips and information.
You won’t regret them. I’m even having TopResume look over my resume.
Great job on the podcast I will keep listening!!
