After bingeing Bigger Pockets I wanted something that was closer to home so I found Phila-State via google search. Incredibly insightful for a newby. I wish it were still around to give insight on developing neighborhoods, employment in philly and the state of our city presently. Happy I found it. Wish it would continue.
