SOMETHINGNESS about NOTHINGNESS

What PHUN! Just discovered this podcast from John Martellaro:Background Mode and listened to this deep granular dive into the consideration of NOTHINGNESS. It was hilarious and interesting and thought provoking at the same time. What a lot of fun. Thank you, Guys. Shared it with my brother, Mike, a physicist. Keep it up and enjoy your Virtual Matter!!!!!!

Fun, Informative and Informal

If you like science, you like to think and you like podcasts, you're going to like "What the If?" The premise is great, the hosts are honest and funny - they make a great duo. Every episode, you get a different premise, which gets discussed in detail, but with some really wonderful segues, anecdotes and fan factoids. Professor Matthew Stanley is a real gem. He and Philip Shane's banter is excellent - Philip's true craving for knowledge is evident and Dr. Stanley is able to deliver answers in spades - and in an accessible style that manages to not pander. It's akin to listening to an intimate lecture.

fun geek time

I recently listened to the FLAT EARTH episode while on a late night drive. It was funny and geeky. They took seriously the flat earth model in order to poke holes in it. What would the world be like? Wildly different!
