She's Liv, and She LOVES This (Stuff)!
I only recently (about 3 weeks ago) learned of this podcast, and started listening from the first episode. I'm now on Episode LXX, so I guess you could say I'm hooked. I have loved Greek (and other) mythology since I was a young boy back in the early 1960s, when I first learned to read, and I have to say that Liv Albert does these tales fair justice. She does look at things from a modern feminist perspective, so, if that annoys you (as it seems to have for some early listeners), you might just want to find a different podcast. BUT, it you open your mind to different ways of thinking, you might well enjoy this as much as I do. I have quite a lot of episodes to go, to catch up to the most recent ones, but I plan to do that. I'm Halk-Kar, and I LOVE this stuff!
Addendum (February 23, 2023):
I discovered this podcast in August, 2022, and decided to listen to every episode from the beginning to the present. That's over 5 years of an ongoing podcast, so the finish line moved steadily along. Today, I achieved my goal, listening to the most recent episode from two days ago, and I must say, my enjoyment of this podcast has only increased over time. It's been great to hear host Liv improve over the years of her work, and her enthusiasm and excitement increase. It's been a fun ride, and I'm looking forward, finally, to listening in "real time". Thank you, Liv Albert.

Literally my favorite podcast about my favorite subject! Liv brings the truth and information behind the stories to light, with all the whimsy of your favorite myths! I’m constantly recommending this podcasts to my friends and each week I can’t wait to hear more. Liv retells the stories from a modern perspective and it’s very refreshing and adds new life to old tellings. This podcast has all you could ever need and want in a mythology podcast and I hope I never see the day where she stops because each episode is an absolute delight! I could rave about it 24/7 but I’ll simply end with 100/10 will continue to recommend!💚
Not a good learning podcast despite her saying she has a bachelors degree on this subject
You claim to have a bachelors degree in this subject yet you leave out soooo many details and mostly spew feminist opinions instead of doing justice to the actual stories. Not good at all if you’re trying to learn the whole stories. Would definitely recommend mythunderstood instead of this podcast. 👎🏻👎🏻
