So much knowledge

I have been listening to a lot podcasts for 2 years now by far this one is so much different and the best. It is like taking a bite from every dish.
It is about every topic that might interest you either mentally, emotionally or physically.
Guests are so knowledgeable and informative.
One of the best episodes ever is the one with Payal Kadakia and Shawn wells(I had to pause a re-play some of the parts to make sure i digest all the information he said).
Listen in the car, this time is wasted already but can be useful more than you can imagine.

Barton Scott ep: what a freaking quack. Selling own products and recommending unverified lab tests. Ridiculous. Using this platform to sell own products just takes away from the learning experience. 😵‍💫

Hugely Disappointed

I listened to the interview on gut health as I am a big fan of Megan Rossi. My disappointment comes from the host himself, propagating elitism when it comes to food, promoting instagram accounts of people who have no nutrition education and relying on fear mongering to promote themselves. Dr Rossi was fantastic, but dissing the diet of a whole continent and comparing it to the tiny country of Estonia is not a good argument for eating better nor is it beneficial to any listeners in the US. Neither is promoting an expensive fasting diet.
