I discovered this podcast probably at the end of its run during quarantine— I am re-listening because I have just loved everything that I’ve learned. I would love for these ladies to revive it!! Thank you for sharing your knowledge with us!

Actually changing my life

This podcast is actively helping my depression and anxiety and ultimately my overall health. While I have always been much more active than most, at times my mental state has made it difficult to see the forest for the trees and get as much exercise or eat properly in order to feel well. The ladies on the Fit and Fearless podcast do an amazing job discussing all sorts of subjects that affect health. They have incredible guests who provide tangible bits of information that can actually be used in my day to day life: from how to easily determine a good source of fiber to setting realistic goals on hours of exercise per week and balancing that with a true understanding of the importance of sleep. Tally, Zanna, and Vic ask all the right questions and in a format that makes me feel like I’m hanging out with a group of friends. Through this podcast and its guests I am also finding more positive influences to follow on social media (as well as limiting my time on my phone!) which means I am continually reaping the benefits of the content of the podcast even after I’m done an episode. The #girlgains and the Fit and Fearless podcast are helping me make my life better in nearly all aspects. Thank you, ladies.

Ladies,
Thank you so much for a down to earth, funny and educational podcast. I found this podcast about 3 weeks ago and have just finished listening to all of the available podcasts! I have listened to them while driving, working out and just going about daily chores. Listening to your podcast has validated things that have happened in my past and inspired me for my future. I have have signed up for my first half marathon and just wanted to say thank you for helping me have the confidence and motivation to do so. I cannot wait for the next season thank you again!!!
