What if David Foster Wallace wasn’t a Doink

The way John Green turns words in this show, the way he quietly and surgically pulls apart the beautiful bits of every day life is a treasure to listen to.

Of all the bad things the internet has given us I suspect that this podcast will be one of those rare good things that will last is a very very long time

This is the podcast I’ve been waiting for my whole life

Used to be a Vlogbrothers non-stop fan, until 2014 or so. There were so many projects, I couldn’t keep up with. Recently, while watching one of John’s videos, I heard him talk about this podcast and rolled my eyes a bit - “ugh, another podcast.”

But out of curiosity, I searched it out and listened to an episode.

I love that each episode is only 20 minutes long. I love this form of storytelling as a tool to review facets of life. I love everything about this podcast. My goal is to listen to all of them in the next week or so.

I like this podcast so much i downloaded the iTunes podcast app just to review it. I am now going to return to listening to this on Spotify.

Among my facorites

I figured I would like it, liking much of what John and Hank Green have done, but within a day of listening to my first episode, I’ve listened to all of them. I like it more than I thought I would.
