An Amazing Addiction Podcast!

From food addiction to other addictions in general, this podcast covers it all. From food addiction, to sexual abuse, to herion addiction... Jay shy's away from nothing. From celeberities, to authors, to weight loss patients Jay speaks with everyone. The episodes are straight forward, to the point, entertaining to listen to, and help me imensly! As a food addict myself, I'm constantly amazed to hear how many similarities my additcion has to someone battling substance abuse. It's called the lighter side as Jay has lost a massive amount of weight, but these episodes are often VERY HEAVY, and touch on very difficult and challenging topics to discuss. Keep em coming Jay!

New found respect

I stumbled upon Jay’s podcast after following another podcast and just started listening from his first podcast. At first I was surprised on why was I listening because our journeys are so different, however after listening to how open he was on Andrew Holmes point of view defined why I gravitated to listening to him. Jay, you are truly an inspiration to all. Our journeys are all are different and deserve the respect and thoughtfulness that you display when speaking with everyone. Thank you.
