Strategies to Crush Your Workouts and Get Serious about Your Health and Fitness with Dr. Brett Osborn
Nowadays, it seems that everyone has an opinion on what you should eat and the best way to exercise. But the truth is, if we take better care of our body and overall health, it helps us to be more active Dads with our kids and better husbands to our wives.
That’s why I’m absolutely stoked to introduce you to someone that really knows their stuff. Dr. Brett Osborn is a board-certified Neurosurgeon and Anti-Aging and Regenerative Medicine expert with over four decades of experience under his belt.
He’s the author of Get Serious and let me just say that if you’re looking for a great book about health, fitness, and longevity… this is the one. If you’re interested in reducing inflammation and sugar’s impact on your body, you’re going to love this conversation.
Dr. Osborn and I covered a ton of ground during our conversation, and all I can say is... he didn’t pull any punches. We get into the nitty-gritty of dieting, supplements, exercising, and mindset while stripping away all the crap that surrounds them.
In our conversation, you’ll learn:
Brett’s top anti-aging and fat-reducing dieting and exercise protocols. Strategies for reducing glucose and inflammation and staving away disease. The five pillars of health that will make you feel stronger, look better, and have boundless energy, regardless of age. Some of my favorite moments of the conversation:
Why inflammation is your #1 enemy. The profound metabolic effects strength training has on your fitness and your longevity. Why you should eat a salad before you eat something sugary. Brett’s pre-workout cocktail that helps him crush his workouts. Tweaking cortisol levels to have energy for intense exercise and better sleep. The health gadget Brett says you need to have. Why Brett puts olive oil in his shakes and which carb sources are better than fruits. The one supplement that gives you the best bang for your buck. Taking the High Road and Navigating Divorce Gracefully with Andy Heller
Imagine being married for eight years, and suddenly, it’s all over. That’s what happened to Andy Heller. Despite being a complete badass real estate investing consultant, Andy felt clueless during his divorce.
After the dust settled, Andy identified a gaping hole in the self-help space for men and women, leaving them stranded without the tools to go their separate ways and create the best possible outcomes for themselves and their kids.
That’s how his new book, Take the High Road: Divorce with Compassion for Yourself and Your Family, was born, and I’m thrilled to share this conversation with you today.
This book is not a cookie-cutter self-help guide. It’s the ultimate roadmap for navigating divorce with grace, protecting your assets (and sanity), and securing the best possible future for your loved ones.
In our conversation, you’ll learn:
How to tell whether you should pull the trigger and get a divorce. Ways to avoid getting sucked into a divorce power struggle. How to navigate parenting when your kids are raised in two households.
Some of my favorite moments of the conversation:
The more you compromise with your ex-spouse, the better it is for you and your kids. Taking care of your children’s emotional needs during and after the divorce. How to tell if your marriage is beyond saving or just needs rekindling. The often neglected strategy that saves 18% of marriages. Anger and resentment drag you behind. Forgiveness paves the way for a brighter future. Get the Full Show Notes

Shattering the Mask of Masculinity with Connor Beaton
When society tells men to “man up” and “suck it up,” their immediate response is often to bury their true emotions, only to fall into the trap of self-sabotage, anxiety, and depression.
But there is strength in vulnerability, and it takes a courageous heart to explore those insecurities and share them with the world.
It’s my pleasure to share this conversation with Connor Beaton, the visionary behind ManTalks, an international organization focused on men’s wellness, success, and fulfillment.
As an author and speaker who has shared the stage with Lewis Howes and Gary Vaynerchuk, Connor’s unique insights cut through the noise of traditional masculinity, offering men worldwide a guiding light toward a more fulfilling life.
Connor inspires men to confront their weaknesses and embrace their emotions, shattering the ego-driven image of a “real man.”
In our conversation, you’ll learn:
How to gain better control of your fears, anger, and self-doubts. How to regulate your mind and body under stress and conflict. Why young men need masculine role models more than ever. Some of my favorite moments of the conversation:
Using your “dark side” as a beacon for finding meaning in life. How the lack of fatherly masculine energy destroys young men. Running away from fear and anger robs our loved ones of our masculine presence. Facing insecurities instead of numbing them down with shallow distractions. Why the best relationships help you grow through pain and trauma. Do this the next time you feel the need to lash out! Get the Full Show Notes

Why Relationships Are The Ultimate Scaling Strategy with Pour My Beer CEO Josh Goodman
Josh Goodman went from being a guy who couldn’t get a drink at a bar to building a multi-million dollar technology company that lets the guests pour their own beer, wine, and cocktails.
In 2014, his company PourMyBeer was drowning in over $100,000 in debt, with Josh as the only employee. Today, PourMyBeer's self-serve technology is in 500+ locations worldwide, with over 12,000 taps in service across 23 countries!
What's even cooler is that he built it from scratch - using all his life savings - and made over a million dollars in sales. His incredible journey, from personal hurdles to building a business empire, is detailed in his new book, Tap the Big Idea.
And even though Josh is crushing it in his business, he’s a super chill guy who always puts family first, no matter what. It's not often that you come across someone who can balance work and family life so effortlessly, but Josh makes it look easy, and I’m thrilled to have him on the show today.
In our conversation, you’ll learn:
Strategies for avoiding the common trap of constantly feeling busy. Why relationships are the ultimate scaling strategy. How to strengthen your family bond during tough times. Some of my favorite moments of the conversation:
Showing your kids what a hard-working and attentive parent looks like. Why some families crumble under turmoil. Hiring the right COO for your business. Prioritizing relationships and trust. Embracing the opportunity to learn from people ahead of you. What can you do today that makes other people feel good? Get the Full Show Notes

The COO Blueprint: Unleashing Your Second in Command with Cameron Herold
All right, fellas. Today, I'm joined by the one, the only, Cameron Herold. Cameron is the Founder of COO Alliance, host of the Second In Command Podcast and otherwise known as the CEO Whisperer and Business Growth Guru.
For anyone who isn't familiar with Cameron’s story, here are a couple of his many accomplishments. He ran a business with 14 employees when he was only 21 years old and helped build not one but two $100 million companies before he turned 35. And if that's not enough, as the COO of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, he took them from $2 million to $106 million in just six years. Pretty incredible.
His new book, Second in Command, provides a blueprint for entrepreneurs worldwide to turbocharge their business growth by hiring a COO, or a "Second in Command."
And even though he's been crushing it in his professional life for years, he always puts his family and loved ones ahead of any business pursuits.
In our conversation, we discuss:
Why the best gift you can give to your kids has nothing to do with money. How letting go of the burden to do it all helps your business grow. Tips on recruiting and onboarding a Second in Command for every stage of your business. Some of my favorite moments of the conversation:
Avoid frustrating your kids by interfering too much in their lives. Being physically present is never enough. Showing your children what a rich and fulfilling life looks like. Why hiring a Second in Command is a game-changer for your business and your family. We’re not promised tomorrow, so make today count. Get the Full Show Notes

I’ll be coming back for more!
Thoroughly enjoyed the conversation with Chad Willardson. It was my introduction to both of you guys, and I’ll be coming back for more. Jon does a great job of asking good questions and getting out of the way. And Chad has a humble, secure vibe that makes me want to listen to what he has to say.
The BEST show!!!
I love listening to this show not because I’m a dad or a parent, of which I’m neither. I enjoy this show because of who Jon is, who his guests are and what this show represents. The world needs more passionate dads leading in the entrepreneurial space. Thank you Jon for everything you do.
Every Dad needs this
Every father should listen to the show. Jon is an incredible person that really cares and wants to make a family better. As a father we should constantly be striving to be better and I hope we do. Thank you for all of the great advice and lessons we get out of this podcast.
