A lot of the reporting on this topic for the area and question centers on the necessity of a new law. The litmus test I suppose is whether or not it is illegal for lewd and lascivious behavior in public spaces or expressly advertised for children. Adult cabaret seems to be targeting young children did not the teen/tween aged children likely to attend a Miley Cyrus concert. However, Miley Cyrus could be considered lewd and some of her performances.
