A peek into my momma soul.
I found this podcast about 2 weeks ago. Since then I can’t drive anywhere without listening to an episode. I’m a first time mom who just went back to work. What is talked about are things that I’m feel Barb looked into my soul without me actually knowing what I needed to hear. I really loved the episode with the midwife who went through IVF while breastfeeding. That’s something I’ll be doing in about a year. Now I have a perspective from someone who’s done it. I also felt so much better when I heard that other people felt guilty about not feeling guilty about going back to work. I know most new moms have gone through what I’ve felt but it so nice to hear it. I would recommend this to any new mom to feel like you are not alone in all those feelings after baby.
