Adam's momma ,

A peek into my momma soul.

I found this podcast about 2 weeks ago. Since then I can’t drive anywhere without listening to an episode. I’m a first time mom who just went back to work. What is talked about are things that I’m feel Barb looked into my soul without me actually knowing what I needed to hear. I really loved the episode with the midwife who went through IVF while breastfeeding. That’s something I’ll be doing in about a year. Now I have a perspective from someone who’s done it. I also felt so much better when I heard that other people felt guilty about not feeling guilty about going back to work. I know most new moms have gone through what I’ve felt but it so nice to hear it. I would recommend this to any new mom to feel like you are not alone in all those feelings after baby.

A must for nursing moms!

So encouraging and informative for nursing moms and moms to be. The show is a perfect mix of episodes that spotlight research & best practices, and episodes that share other moms’ lives experiences to create community.

So inspiring...listen!

I’ve never been a pod-caster but I found myself searching for something to listen to while I have been driving daily nearly 3 hours for training. Motherhood, breastfeeding, helping other moms is so my passion as well. I feel so connected because it seems so many things and struggles are so similar to your life and mine. Also an L/D RN, working towards IBCLC, with three kiddos(8,4,2), anxiety.. I can relate to so much she says.
I absolutely will be a pod-caster for life and so excited for future episodes and catching up and finding new people through her :)
Words can’t express how much I love this and how great what you’re doing is... I could go on but for shortness sake, if you’re considering this podcast, please listen :) thank you, Barbara.
