Looking for work has brought Sydney and George Barrow far from their ranch in California to Texas.
They soon realize that it's a small world after all when they are reunited with Adelaide, who left home months ago. And also meet a strange woman by the name of Carrie Nation, who seems to claim a higher power talks to her.

Gritty and Funny
Having gotten all caught up to the current episode (ep. 18 at the time of my writing this) this podcast has easily become one of my favorite Actual Play pods.
The character personalities are strong and the acting is solid. The players' audio is good and the sound production is like an audio drama. It makes you feel like you're there, in the world. The story and pacing are realistic, even to the point of eating dinner and taming horses, but the characters kept me engaged with their humor and strong personalities. Yet, along with the comedy, the show also has dark and gritty moments, that prove to be quite suspenseful. Unlike some fantasy TTRPGs, when these players get shot, it feels serious and critical.
All in all, if my description sounds appealing to you, I hope you'll check out their show. It's easy to tell they work hard on it, and I tip my hat to them. I give Joker's Wild an 8.5 out of 10.
A really solid AP Tabletop podcast
Jokers Wild benefits from an amazing cast of players and a GM with a voice practically designed for the setting.
The editing is great and the further you get, things just keep getting better and better.
