Refreshing authenticity
Nikki has excellent guests and out of the fitness pop box conversations. I appreciate her boldness and transparency.
Taking us out of our comfort zone
Nikki gets real and opens that communication for those of us that are needing the voice of advocacy in the Pilates industry. I listened to episode 35 today because I saw the guest, Beth! I respect Beth’s teachings in Pilates and her workshop, Trauma Informed Pilates. Finally, opening our eyes to looking inside of ourselves as instructors to re-evaluate our approach in teaching.
I love "Results Not Typical"!
Nikki isn't afraid to challenge dogma and call B.S. She brings fantastic guests on the podcast always asks insightful and thought-provoking questions. I love this podcast!
