Conrad (co-host) has been in the Mortgage finance industry for over 16 years and give his insights on the new (Mexican) American Dream of Real Estate. I just found these guys…accidentally…on Facebook. I saw the ad for their website, checked it out, and left my email. I got an email today about the podcast and started listening from the beginning. These guys are amazing! I love the whole Spanglish, Mexican-American (my age groups calls ourselves Chicanos) vibe because that’s who we are - the children and grandchildren of those who “made it this far.” Keep up the good work, and the good word, guys. Your message is relevant and important and needs to be shared.

I found you guys at the beginning of the year. I’ve listened to the whole podcasts twice. I’ve read pacos book recently. 5 stars is not enough to what you guys have done to my life! I’ve applied many tools you guys have gave us. Am an immigrant with DACA. Your words are my fuel to raise my US citizen kids. Super relatable and real
Hey Paco and Conrado, I recently started listening to your podcast because it came up in my Instagram reels and it seemed like something I’ve been looking for. You guys are so down to earth and I feel like I’m getting very great advice from a wise friend or a tio. Thanks to you guys my wife and I are starting to read financial literacy books and I can laugh at the tarugadas y’all be saying.
