Sleep

Very helpful content. I found the female moderators voice very annoying- to the point that I almost cannot listen. She is too fast and too high pitched.

Please bring energy down a notch

Five stars for the content (which is very helpful) but the lady is waayyyy too chipper..like calm down a little bit please. It makes it hard to focus on the actual content. Match the energy level of your guests.

The Speakers are terrible for this topic

The woman speaking in this podcast are not a good fit for the topic. I really want the info, but it’s not worth it, me having to listen to the woman.
She sounds manic. Too bad.
Terrible! It’s almost as if she’s intentionally trying to screech. Way too stimulating!
I’d love her to read my grandson a story for school, not for sleeping!
