Episode 11: I want to help end human trafficking, now what?

Episode 11: I want to help end human trafficking, now what?

Human trafficking has been placed in the spotlight on social media because of hashtags like #SaveOurChildren, #SaveOurKids, #SexTrafficAwareness. This has led to many people becoming passionate about tackling the issue of trafficking, sexual abuse, online exploitation and injustice in our world. Spreading awareness and becoming passionate about a worthy issue is a good thing, and can be a helpful thing. But, sometimes, we can unintentionally do harm in our effort to help.

Listen as Education Coordinator Amber Gonzalez, local expert on helping others TJ Lawson, and ICT S.O.S. intern Mo Rutledge discuss how you can become a helper in a positive beneficial way. This is a message not just for those seeking to help ICT S.O.S., but anyone desiring to help out on any issue.
