Getting used to being uncomfortable was key to her being successful. Kim heavily credits a teamwork mentality and strong leadership to her success of being part of a recruitment team that hired 10,000 people in less than 2 years, including 1,000 engineers.
Kim Coe is the Head of Talent at Citizen, an app that gives real-time safety alerts about incidents happening near you. Before Citizen, Kim built the team at WeWork and started her career at Talener focusing on perm and contract hires.
